I loved the course itself, however it took me super long to read the book and not in one go. It’s practical, dense & useful (I loved the chapter 25 with the downloads). Don’t get discouraged by the language (could be simpler!), knowing Vianna and this wonderful healing modality – I recommend it, along with the course. Reading the book is a great start and shall lead to practice. Learning it with a good teacher and/or an inspiring group of people makes a big difference. Might be posted by someone else
