Letters from the Southern Rift, the first volume of Xafrica, is a collection of observations and reflections on the charm and mystery of natural Southern Africa, its wildlife and nature reserves, spanning five years and four countries: Mozambique, Zambia, Malawi and South Africa. Volume 2, Seasons in the Heart is due for publication in 2017.
Vol 2 Seasons in the Heart
This second volume of Xafrica is a collection of word-pictures of Malawi, these from the year 2000, originally published electronically as a series of newsletters and what are now called blogs. Essentially they are experiences and observations of wildlife and people at that time. Their original purpose was sporadic, intelligent, light entertainment for busy people.2018
Volumes 1 and 2 both signed by the author, in impeccable condition see OUR own photograph for quality control. Note there is a 3rd volume out Cycles of Change, we don’t have a copy, which came out in September 2019
